Training courses are held at Sulzer Elbar annually, though when there is high demand the course is held twice a year.
It is a four day intensive course under the heading:
“The repair and manufacture of advanced gas turbine components”

All the lecturers are Sulzer Elbar employees and there is a combination of shop tours, lectures and discussions.The training is directed at:

- Insurance Executives
- Engineering and Quality Managers
- Senior Purchasing Manager
