Based on the vast experience of more than 30 years of component repair, Sulzer Turbo Services Venlo has developed the process to design and manufacture new gas turbine components. Component manufacture is all about offering you an alternative to the OEM for the supply of gas turbine and steam turbine components including:

                 - combustion liners and transition pieces
                 - hot gas casings and mixing chambers
                 - blades and vanes
Our ability to supply high quality components, often with design improvements over the original designs, offers you a real alternative to the OEM.
Recent design efforts have been focused on frame 7EA and 9E engines, and more than 100 sets of Sulzer produced hot gas components have been successfully installed in these engines and are running to full customer satisfaction.

Our Sulzer Turbo Services Houston facility has the ability to make steam turbine and/or axial flow compressor blades of any type up to 27" in length utilizing CNC mills and the latest computer-aided design software technology available.

Sulzer Turbo Services New Orleans supplies industry-leading ancillary parts (new and exchange) for reciprocating and rotating machinery, also packaging these in-house parts into systems tailored to customers' needs. Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting is performed by our highly-experienced, factory trained team, who also perform advanced refurbishment of units in our five strategically located workshops equipped with state-of-the-art test stands, which allow testing under extreme simulated operating conditions.
